Prenatal Yoga
During this extended prenatal yoga class, we take time to open up at the beginning of class by sharing a little about ourselves and the little one(s) growing inside us. We then practice breathing and relaxation techniques and learn useful tools to stay focused and calm during labor and on into motherhood. By combining yoga postures with our breath, we work to improve our mental and physical strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy.
