Body Well [8 Week Transformation]
Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey (mini sessions are 4 weeks). You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you.

Whether you have 10 minutes during meal prep or 40 minutes during nap time, we have a workout that's designed for you. The FIT4MOM On Demand App was designed by moms for moms, and offers total body workouts + wellness programs for every age and stage of motherhood.

Stroller Strides®
Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Stroller Barre®
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
Strides 360
Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!
Prenatal Classes
FIT4BABY® Prenatal Strength
FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This program includes community-based workouts, weekly challenges, a private group and weekly journal to document your fitness journey. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Prenatal Yoga
During this extended prenatal yoga class, we take time to open up at the beginning of class by sharing a little about ourselves and the little one(s) growing inside us. We then practice breathing and relaxation techniques and learn useful tools to stay focused and calm during labor and on into motherhood. By combining yoga postures with our breath, we work to improve our mental and physical strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy.
Mother Together: 3rd & 4th Trimester Support Group $30 per class From $17 per visit with Ten Block Flex Pass pass Purchase required to enroll
This support group is geared toward mothers in their third and fourth trimesters to connect, focus on their mental health, and Mother Together. Group calls will follow an open discussion format that allows moms to talk with each other regarding their personal experiences and ideas in a safe and supportive environment. Group meetings will take place on Zoom and lead by licensed therapists with Grace Street Counseling.

In Postnatal Yoga, you will find space to breathe, be, and move, honoring your body where it is. At the beginning...breathing and relaxation techniques that can be used off the mat into motherhood. By combining yoga postures with our breath, we will improve our mental and physical strength, flexibility, and...with safely building core strength and finding relief for upper-body tightness and stiffness. The yoga we do is appropriate for all postpartum mothers.
