Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey (mini sessions are 4 weeks). You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you.

Whether you have 10 minutes during meal prep or 40 minutes during nap time, we have a workout that's designed for you. The FIT4MOM On Demand App was designed by moms for moms, and offers total body workouts + wellness programs for every age and stage of motherhood.

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This program includes community-based workouts, weekly challenges, a private group and weekly journal to document your fitness journey. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

During this extended prenatal yoga class, we take time to open up at the beginning of class by sharing a little about ourselves and the little one(s) growing inside us. We then practice breathing and relaxation techniques and learn useful tools to stay focused and calm during labor and on into motherhood. By combining yoga postures with our breath, we work to improve our mental and physical strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy.

This support group is geared toward mothers in their third and fourth trimesters to connect, focus on their mental health, and Mother Together. Group calls will follow an open discussion format that allows moms to talk with each other regarding their personal experiences and ideas in a safe and supportive environment. Group meetings will take place on Zoom and lead by licensed therapists with Grace Street Counseling.

Because mama needs to get away! Join us for monthly moms day or night out events where we let our hair down and get out of the house. Connect with other moms, take a breather, and just have fun at our free monthly events!

In Postnatal Yoga, you will find space to breathe, be, and move, honoring your body where it is. At the beginning...breathing and relaxation techniques that can be used off the mat into motherhood. By combining yoga postures with our breath, we will improve our mental and physical strength, flexibility, and...with safely building core strength and finding relief for upper-body tightness and stiffness. The yoga we do is appropriate for all postpartum mothers.

Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled in your local area. Mom's nights out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more, are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us. Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!

FIT4MOM Tampa is proud to partner with FIT4MOM member, Megan Lopez, owner of Young at Heart Yoga to bring you special pop up yoga classes geared towards moms and kids. Young at Heart Yoga has one thing at its heart center… kids! Typical classes include yoga postures, games, crafts & reflective awareness, all while listening to music + practicing with friends! From prenatal to family classes, & all ages in between, it truly is yoga for the young… & young at heart.

Hosted by Mother the Mother Wellness & FIT4MOM Tampa Bay, join us for free monthly Mother Together Walks geared for new and expecting mothers (although all are welcome!).

Join us for a special pop-up class at Horsepower for Kids! This class is free with admission to the farm. On 1st Thursdays, the cost is $5 per person (under 12M free).

Join us for a Mom's Morning Out with Athleta at International Plaza! We will be doing a heart pumping, all-levels Body Boost class in-store followed by light refreshements and shopping. Our Virtual Prenatal Yoga is a livestreamed class of our class at Baby Scene. This yoga class is designed specifically for moms-to-be. Pregnancy is a transitional time when many physical and emotional changes take place. This Prenatal Yoga class is a great way to connect with your baby, address the common physical symptoms associated with pregnancy, prepare for labor and birth, and relax and calm the mind. You will be led through a sequence of gentle yoga postures that are suitable for beginners as well as experienced students.

An all levels flow class that is the perfect way to attain and maintain well-being for beginners and practiced yogis alike. Each session will improve flexibility and balance, not only in the body but also in mind, and ultimately, life.
