Body Boost®

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Body Well [8 Week Transformation]

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey (mini sessions are 4 weeks). You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you.

FIT4MOM On Demand

Whether you have 10 minutes during meal prep or 40 minutes during nap time, we have a workout that's designed for you. The FIT4MOM On Demand App was designed by moms for moms, and offers total body workouts + wellness programs for every age and stage of motherhood.

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Strides 360

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Prenatal Classes

FIT4BABY® Prenatal Strength

FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This 6-week program includes community-based workouts, weekly challenges, a private group and weekly journal to document your fitness journey. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Prenatal Yoga

This yoga class is designed specifically for moms-to-be. Pregnancy is a transitional time when many physical and emotional changes take place. This Prenatal Yoga class is a great way to connect with your baby, address the common physical symptoms associated with pregnancy, prepare for labor and birth, and relax and calm the mind. You will be led through a sequence of gentle yoga postures that are suitable for beginners as well as experienced students.

FIT4MOM is turning 20! Join us for a FREE special pop-up Stroller Strides class celebrating FIT4MOM's birthday joining up with FIT4MOM FishHawk and FIT4MOM Dunedin. We have an extra special class planned equipped with our 2001 throwback playlist, special workout stations planned by FIT4MOM's Founder, Lisa Druxman, and a fun birthday party after class for the kids!
