Meet at the top of the elevator. You can find the elevator behind the stairs in the main office, just let them know you are with Stroller Strides! Don't forget to bring a towel or mat for ab exercises and plenty of water!

We meet at this location ONLY on the First Friday of every month. On this day there will be NO CLASS at Westfield Citrus Park, Al Lopez OR Lowry Park! The same goes for our Family Saturdays, which will be on select Saturdays during baseball season. Body Well [8 Week Transformation]

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey (mini sessions are 4 weeks). You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you.

Mama & Me (FIT4MOM Stroller-Based Classes)

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Stroller Barre® 1 visit free•From $11 per visit with Black Friday Sale: 20 for $220 pass

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Stroller Strides at the Farm Free

Join us on the 1st Thursday of every month (Dec '20 - May '21) for Stroller Strides on the Farm!

Be sure to arrive early to allow time to get through the gate. Save time by printing and filling out the waiver ahead of time and paying cash. Doors open at 10AM and workout begins at 10:30AM. On the 1st Thursday of every month, admission is only $5 per person (under 12M free). Class is included in admission.
